Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that your satisfaction is essential. Below is our Return and Exchange Policy to provide you with a smooth shopping experience:
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It’s in the same condition as when you received it.
- It’s unworn, unused, and with tags.
- It’s in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items like accessories, shoes, sale items, and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. We offer two return options:
- Return using a prepaid label with an $8 shipping fee deducted from your refund.
- Return using your preferred carrier and shipping label. (Please be aware that using the pre-paid return shipping label will incur an $8 charge to your refund.)

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the desired size/color item. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected], and we will guide you on returning the item you currently possess for store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the approval status. This process usually takes 2-3 days after your return has been received. If approved, you will receive store credit. Kindly note that we do not provide refunds to the original form of payment, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including accessories, shoes, sale items, perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
